Job description

Manage agricultural and land stewardship practices; operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery,
and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and
harvest crops such as alfalfa, proso millet; Maintain inventory, ordering materials as required;
Build soil through composting; Direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal help during
planting and harvesting; Build agricultural structures; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other
structures as well as farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair,
maintain, and operate irrigation equipment; Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and
landscaping.

Special Requirements

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to
obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50
lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing
positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination
from employment.
