Job description
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables
• Follow basic and simple recipes and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies
• Help in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen area before and after service hours
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds at any given time
Special Requirements
Workers will work a shift in the disclosed range. Workers will not work 12 hour days. Days/shifts will vary.
Safety and sanitation training required. Usually less than 1 week - not 1 month.
