Job description
Clean seeds. Fill and weigh bags. Fill bulk containers. Clean and maintain seed machines and work area. Clean Grain bins and facility. Must be experienced in driving a forklift and be able to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire. Load and unload trucks with hopper bottoms or vans. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farmworkers. Clean and maintain boxes, farm equipment, trucks and trailers.
Crops: Corn, Cover Cress, Soybeans
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
