Dining Room Attendant

Job description

Duties: Responsible for setting tables, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, serving water and coffee to customers, delivering food and beverages to guest rooms, and assisting with banquet setup.

Rate of Pay: Tipped position with a guaranteed wage of at least $14.02 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $21.03 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including tips) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime rate. Employees may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of performance-based pay. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.

Special Requirements

Requirements: Three (3) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.

Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm, or 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
