Winter Job Duties
Hauling Grain to Market:

Check and record stored grain quantities and quality.
Schedule and coordinate grain transport to the market.
Handle Loading/Unloading
Inspect grain quality before transport and address any issues.

Equipment Maintenance and Preparation for Planting:

Perform Maintenance to farm machinery.
Fix or replace damaged parts; inspect equipment thoroughly.
Calibrate Equipment: Adjust settings for accurate planting.
Clean and protect equipment; prevent rust.
Review and replenish spare parts and maintenance tools.
Develop and follow a maintenance schedule aligned with planting needs.

Special Requirements

Worker Must be able to obtain a Cdl drivers License within the first month of employment.
Criminal Background check will be checked by employer at the employers cost in the first week of employment. Failure to pass background check may result in termination of employment.
