Job description

Perform a combination of hotel facility maintenance duties and HVAC, plumbing, gas, electrical, fire and safety, and other systems, machinery, and equipment that includes: Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and other supplies to install, adjust and repair machines, equipment, fixtures, and structures. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspections, minor repairs, and replacement of fluids and worn parts and supplies on equipment, machinery, and fixtures, such as light bulbs and HVAC filters. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, machinery, or equipment. Perform minor plumbing repairs such as clogs, leaks, and low water pressure. Inspect, operate, or test equipment to diagnose mechanical problems and malfunctions and determine necessary repairs or solutions. Paint or repair fixtures, structures, and other facilities. Transfer furniture between rooms and other areas of the property. Coordinate preventative facility maintenance and repairs, including interior and exterior painting. Receive and respond to maintenance and repair requests in guest and common areas.

Special Requirements

Requires use of hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and company vehicle; lifting objects up to 50 lbs.; regularly standing during complete shift. 40 hours per week; 8-hours shifts, 5 days per week. Work schedule will vary and may include evenings, holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Overtime may be available. May be assigned to work at any one of two resort hotel properties located walking distance apart in Teton Village, WY.
