Job description

Take, prepare, deliver, and clear all food and beverage orders at the food and beverage outlets on the hotel property, consisting of: Gamefish Restaurant; Gamefish Bar; open/public space in the lobby area outside the Gamefish Bar; banquet spaces located in the hotel lobby area; and banquet spaces on the property used to host banquet events, namely, the Sundance Room; Apres Vous room; Rendezvous room; Gamefish private room; and east, west and pre-function area. Banquet events in this context refers to catered events for groups that have reserved space and pre-ordered their food and beverage. Prepare and process checks. Respond to questions, requests, and complaints from guests. Greet and seat guests. Carry and deliver food orders from the kitchen to the on-site food and beverage outlets. Set up and break down food and beverage outlets and banquet spaces in preparation for and following a banquet event, including: moving tables and chairs with carts designed for that purpose; brewing coffee with a commercial brewer, polishing silverware, folding napkins, setting and clearing tables, placing menus, setting up coffee condiments, setting up buffets with chafing dishes and plate risers, serving utensils, and closely related tasks.

Special Requirements

Must lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs., when necessary. Basic English skills required. 40 hours per week; 8-hours shifts, 5 days per week. Work schedule will vary and may include evenings, holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays. Overtime may be available. May be assigned to work at any one of two resort hotel properties located walking distance apart in Teton Village, WY.
