Job description
Perform work involving the skills of maintenance occupations to property maintenance. Duties may involve Shoveling, raking, setting up for events, tearing down from events, cleaning debris from yard, placing signs, directing traffic; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment, floors, or stairs. Move small tables around prior to weddings. Place trash cans in the appropriate spots for outdoor winter events. Set up chairs, benches. Run a perimetry barrier tape and place signs to direct traffic.

Sunday-Saturday, days vary. 7:30am-4:30pm. OT possible up to 4 hours.
