Job description
Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps, operate motorized crawfish boat, assist loading/unloading trucks, frequent stooping and lifting traps, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements; Rice includes drive tractor, assist in rice drying operation including; upkeep, sweeping, shoveling rice, spreading rice in bins, cleaning up rice spills, leveling bins and unloading/loading rice trucks and working outside in inclement weather conditions. 3 months experience preferred. All tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost; housing provided on the premises at no cost, transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
