Job description
General farm workers for crawfish season and general farm work. Work to include: manually cutting up fish bait, bait crawfish traps, operate push & motorized crawfish boat, lift traps from pond, load & unload sacks of crawfish, repair traps as needed & put in crawfish ponds, drive tractor, help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Frequent stooping, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, pushing & pulling. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost to workers. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone.Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
