Job description

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.

Special Requirements

Basic computer skills. Able to speak/write English clearly legibly. Perform basic math calculations. Talk and/or hear. Frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items. Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands/arms. Must be able to stand for extended periods. Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers.
On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train
Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 8:00AM-3:00PM, 9:00AM-4:00PM, 3:00PM-10:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 4:00PM-10:00PM, 4:00PM-11:00PM, 4:00PM-12:00AM, 5:00PM-11:00PM, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Hourly Wage: $16.16 to $30.00/hr (based on performance on job and culinary degrees)
Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on performance on job and culinary degrees.
Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $24.24 to $45.00/hr.
Bonus: Potential Performance based bonus up to $1200.
