Job description
TCM Resources needs additional support for their farming operations. Employees will be responsible for assisting with soil testing and general farm operations including maintenance, planning and field research.
Special Requirements
Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. General truck and trailer maintenance skills with general farm knowledge and skills. Must speak English and be willing to learn. A background check and drug screen will be conducted after the employee is hired at the employer's expense. The employee will be using farm equipment and it is critical that the employee's judgment is not impaired while using the equipment. Therefore, the background check and the drug screen will be used to judge the employee's current impairment level and past impairment levels based on prior convictions. If the employee has current or past impairment, they will be put on a 90 day probation to ensure they are capable of operating farm equipment safely.
