Job description
Job requires calving cows and bred heifers, occasionally lifting and carrying newborn calves, weaning calves from cows, feeding and water cattle over winter months. Employees will also spread manure for fertilizing purposes as this can only be done during months where crops are not in the fields; moving and processing hay as needed; repairing and maintaining wells and corals; performing fumigation for gopher treatment to farm ground which is most effective in winter months; repairing roads and filling tracks. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
Special Requirements
Job requires having or being able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
