Job description

I need fence builder to assist me and my crew for a ten-month period. Duties include installing farm and ranch fences. Workers will be required to conduct contract fencing. When workers are fencing, their duties include installing farm and ranch fences. Workers will be required to install and remove barbed wire fences within the ranch worksite area. The removal process involves taking out metal posts and removing all damaged barbed wire and any debris that is obstructing their path.

During the installation process, workers will need to prepare the acreage in order for the new installation to begin. Most fences will be made up of metal T-posts, cedar posts, net wire, and barbed wire. Workers will be using heavy equipment while installing fences. Workers may be lifting up to 40 lbs and walking extensively while conducting these tasks. They may also be required to build holding pens needed as holding stations, water stations for the livestock, or to construct gates for the fence.

Please note that fencing is only done on agricultural property. Fencing is NOT done for residential or commercial properties; it is solely for agricultural properties. Workers may also be required to perform equipment repairs, mechanical repairs, or maintenance during work hours.

Drug screen required pre hire at the employer's expense.
Due to them operating equipment and posing danger to self or others
