Job description
Duties include but not limited to: Clearing fields from previous year, erecting and maintaining hot houses, filling plant boxes with HECO, planting seeds in plant boxes, transplanting plants into cups, watering plants in the hot houses, help spreading fertilizer, preparing fields for planting, laying plastic, drip line, putting out layflat, planting plants in the fields, stick, tie and prune plants, hand pick and/or processing tomatoes with include but not limited to grading, packing, stacking boxes, picking up culls, etc, cleaning packing facilities, picking buckets, crates, etc. Some tracor driving may be required. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure employee safety and keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
Special Requirements
Workers have to have verifiable experience on a tomato farm.
