Job description

Botello Harvesting LLC, 4 temporary agricultural workers for Lincoln, Marathon, Langlade, Waupaca, and Sawyer counties in Wisconsin 10/28/24 to 11/27/24. Cutting limbs, baling, hauling, and loading Christmas trees on a farm. Requires 1 month of verifiable manual harvesting work experience., Minimum $18.50/hour guarantee, 40 hours a week. “1st week warranty” specifically, if the employer does not properly send notification to the order-holding office or SWA and workers at least 10 business days prior to the original date of need, the employer will provide the housing described on the clearance order to all migrant workers placed on the clearance order who are already traveling to the place of employment, without cost to the workers, until work commences. The employer will pay all placed workers for the hours listed on the clearance order and will provide or pay all other benefits and expenses described on the clearance order for each day work is delayed up to 14 calendar days or provide alternative work. The tools are provided by the employer at no cost. 3/4 working days guaranteed. Transport/subsistence reimbursed for the costs incurred by reporting to the workplace if the worker completes half the period of employment. Return Transportation Refunded if the worker terminates the contract. Housing provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return to their own residence daily. In the event a female worker is hired, employer will provide separate sleeping, bathing, and toilet facilities for male and female workers. Must be 18 years old. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol testing at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All testing will occur post-hire and is not a part of the interview process. Negative results may be required post-hire and before commencing work. Work Conditions apply.
