Job description

Job Duties may include: obtaining/distributing crawfish/product from farms/docks to customers; drive or ride along in pickup truck with box coolers to pickup and/or deliver crawfish; weighing and tagging of crawfish; pallet crawfish; loading and unloading of trucks; prepare crawfish for sale, including washing, grading, and sorting of crawfish; package crawfish; move crawfish; pick/remove trash/foreign matter or waste products; dump containers and/or sacks; fill sacks; lift/carry crawfish/sacks; transport crawfish to vehicles; separate/sort; examine product to meet specifications; ice down or refrigerate crawfish; daily cleanup and sanitization of worksite, crawfish trucks, and equipment.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
