Job description

The Livestock and Farm Workers at MMJ Land will be responsible for feeding cattle on a consistent schedule to maintain livestock health, monitoring and assessing the condition of all livestock, and reporting any health concerns. Additional duties include performing general farm labor tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and organizing facilities, as well as preparing and maintaining field equipment, with basic repair assistance as needed. The role requires following all safety standards and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position involves performing repetitive tasks, adhering to farm schedules, and supporting daily operational needs to maintain productivity and livestock well-being.

Special Requirements

Moderate cell phone use will be allowed for business purposes only. A valid drivers license will be required once employee arrive on the farm. Will be exposed to extreme weather conditions and have repetitive movements
