Job description
Directly oversee banquet servers i.e. manage food service operation, train food service personnel, assign duties and responsibilities to employees, coordinate activities of food service staff. Serve non-alcoholic beverages to conference attendees, clear tables when meal is complete. Set tables with silverware and linen. On-the-job training available.
Special Requirements
Must have clear communication skills. Must have the ability to supervise multiple meal functions simultaneously. Must speak/understand English.
Approximately 35 hours/week, work 5 days/week, Mon-Sun, shift times will vary between 5:30am-10:00pm, workdays/hours may vary depending on hotel capacity
