Job description
Cultivate & transplant citrus, fruit & nut trees Tip & prune avocado trees. Cultivating budding of trees by carefully collecting specific specie of rounded budded twigs that have begun to harden but not young buds from current growth flush & use hand tool to trim budwood at 8-12"lengths according to the specie of the budwood & immediately insert into proper hardy & vigorous growing rootstock during the vegetative not dormant stage. Make bark incision at best location & particular incision pattern for specific specie of rootstock.
Special Requirements
Drug test paid for by employer, post hire. Must recognize from previous experience approximately #30 species of trees from which to take the buds & bud sticks and approximately #4 species of rootstock, which buds and bud sticks to match to what specie of rootstock.
