Job description
Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, and water plants, using hand tools and gardening tools in wholesale setting, maintain grounds, cleaning shop and equipment and relocate product. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Wage range based on tenure w/ possibility of performance based raise, eligible for health benefits after 60 days, 3 types of plans, base plan is offered at zero cost to eligible employees. 401K available after one accumulated year of employment. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . 45 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
