Job description

Drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons to transport crop nutrient or protectant solutions to farm site airstrips for use in conjunction with fixed site farmer’s crop operation. Fuel the plane by connecting and disconnecting fuel hose to and from the airplane. Mix chemicals - Read and understand a load ticket. Load the plane with chemical by connecting and disconnecting load hose to and from plane. Load plane with fertilizer by driving and operating forklift. Clean all equipment daily. Mow airstrips. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Minimum of (3) months experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. Basic math skills. Must be able to read, understand and follow directions. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Special Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Frequent stooping is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment.
