Job description
Workers will drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors or combines. Maintain farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary. Farming with: Corn, Small Grain, Soy Beans
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
