Job description
Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant andcultivate grain, bale hay. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine, swather and sprayer. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers.
Crops: Alfalfa, Soybeans, Winter Wheat
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
