Job description

use hand/power tools to maintain lawns, spread fertilizer, dig holes a using hand tools with a max depth/width of 6 in to install & repair sprinkler systems and/or plant, lay sod & plant. May operate motorized vehicles. May be asked to assist with small equipment maintenance. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check. Optional 401K and health insurance available. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Allen, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
