Job description
Workers will harvest, field pack, stack, load and unload strawberries, peppers, squash,
cucumbers and eggplant. Other duties may include installation and maintenance of irrigation,
planting, pruning, cutting/trimming, weeding, removing brush, pulling plastic/drip-tape, moving
agricultural equipment, field walking, quality control and general farm labor. This will be done
under extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain,
wind and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as heavy bending, stooping
and lifting will be involved on a regular basis. (Continued in Addendum C)
