Job description
Workers will prepare soil by cultivating and use a variety of instruments and machines. Workers will irrigate crops, pick crops by either hand or knife – place in buckets and transfer to trailers to wash, grade, and box. Workers will then transfer crops to refrigeration. No smoking or alcohol permitted at job site or housing facility.

The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
