Job description
Workers are required to operate farm equipment to corn, wheat and milo fields for planting, operate tractors during cultivating, planting and harvest seasons. Workers will also be required to check and chart oxygen levels on a fish farm, be responsible for activating emergency tractors and paddlewheels to maintain sufficient oxygen levels, help maintain the integrity of the ponds by ensuring birds are kept away, must be able to read and write english and have a basic working knowledge of electricity, be self-motivated and must not be afraid of snakes, alligators, etc. General farm labor such as shovel work, field sanitation duties, minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicles and equipment, irrigation duties etc. Drug test may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. All posted work and safety rules must be followed. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
Work schedule for each employer: Mon-Fri 6:00 Am - 5PM (1 hour lunch), Sat 6:00 AM -11:00 AM. This schedule may vary depending on weather
