Job description

• Diagnose mechanical issues, repair and maintain skid steer loaders and all agricultural equipment. Repair hydraulic motors, cylinders & hoses. Assemble and set up new and
used skid steer loaders and all agricultural equipment using the latest computer programs. Overhaul and detail used machinery. Welding and fabrication tasks. Conduct inspections
of equipment. Test machinery after repairs. Wash and detail equipment. Maintain a clean and organized shop. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet customer needs and deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience in setting up, overhauling, and repairing farm equipment or similar machinery. Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair techniques. Strong understanding
of agricultural machinery and equipment. Proven experience as a Mechanic/Technician preferably in a farm implement dealership or similar environment. Proficiency in diagnosing
and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Vocational
training or certification in welding, mechanics, or a related field is preferred. High school degree and higher. Computer knowledge preferred. Valid driver’s license preferred with clean
driving record. Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.

Special Requirements

Minimum of (3) months experien required. To comply with Federal, State and County regulations must be willing to obtain an appropriate driver's license (class D) within two
months of employment. If applicant does have a license, applicant must furnish employer with current drivers abstract showing acceptable driving record. No high school
diploma/GED required.
