Job description

Duties include: Operating tractors with towed implements and feeder wagons to care for and feed livestock. Workers will help with the calving of the herd and care for newborns. They will check the herd, detect any sickness, and treat the animals as needed. Other duties include but are not limited to checking water fountains, and bedding pens, maintenance will need to be done on all machinery, structures, and grounds which will include snow removal. In the spring workers will fix the existing fences in the pastures and repair corrals if needed. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be a team player when needed.

Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls of the operation only.
NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, fields, or housing units.
Drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level is required.
Must have three months of tractor driving, towed implements, feeder wagons with electronic scales, and strong fencing skills.
