Job description
Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas using snow shovels or blowers, or spread snow-melting chemicals. Clean facilities or sites. Gather and empty trash. Gather supplies and equipment used in cleaning and maintenance duties.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Prolonged standing, walking on slippery surfaces, and navigating large areas.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling heavy equipment.
Climbing ladders, manual dexterity for handling tools, and operating machinery.
Endurance for extended periods in various weather conditions, including cold and wet environments.
