Job description

Attend to horses and cattle. Duties may include bedding, feeding, watering, herding, grazing, branding, catching and loading. Scraping and hauling manure and hauling feed. Inspect, maintain feeding and manure equipment, repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards and fences. May maintain records on cattle; examine cattle to detect diseases or injuries; assist in calving; administer medications, vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate.
