Job description
We need seasonal help during the spring planting and spreading season. During the summer, we need additional help in the fields and in the fall, we need the additional help with the harvest and fall spreading. Employees will need to operate tractors, spreaders, combines and skid loaders. Employees will also need to drive trucks to haul crops and be able to complete shop work, including routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Special Requirements
Must be abler to communicate in English. May deduct for willful destruction of property. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug testing at employer's expense as required by DOT regulations. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must have a CDL or appropriate drivers license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
