Job description
Drives and operates farm machinery installed with GPS to perform farm activities of plant cultivating and harvesting of crops such as wheat and corn. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, disks, and drags to furrow and fertilize the soil. Must be able to work independently after given instructions. Strong fencing skills are needed for the repair of existing fencing.
Employees must have valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds
No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level is required.
Must have three months of tractor driving with installed GPS with a towed implement. Need to comprehend and understand how to operate GPS computerized monitors.
