Job description

Worker will provide an excellent welcome and departure experience, serve as ambassadors during the guest's stay, and handle guest accounts and requests. Workers will collaborate closely with hotel departments, including Concierge, Bell-Door, and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

Special Requirements

Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, strong customer service skills and high level of English speaking ability.
