Job description

General farm worker needed for koi farm to assist with back flushing fishponds and filters, breeding, cleaning out fishpond filter
chambers, feeding fish, grading, maintaining mud ponds, pond upkeep and field preparation, prepare for sale, raising and harvesting of
Koi fish, seining and/or pull net harvesting, stocking ponds, and water maintenance. Field prep work includes operate farm equipment,
fences, hoeing of weeds, manual shovel work and mowing, make and/or repair traps, spot spray treatments and general farm labor. Help
repair and maintain buildings, equip, farm, fences, fields, houses, levees, marshes, ponds, property, roads and shop. Load and unload
trucks. May operate motorized boat and/or walk/pushboat. May deliver crop to market. Worker must be able to lift/carry 70 lbs. M-F,
some Sat/Sun, work in excess of 40 hours may vary. Employees may be compensated above the stated hourly wage, this decision to pay
above the prevailing hourly wage will be made by the employer, basing this decision on factors that include the individual recipient's
performance and work history. Allergies to ragweed, goldenrod, insect spray and related chemicals and pesticides, etc. may affect
workers’ ability to perform the job. Employer may require post hire, random, upon suspicion or post-accident drug testing, all at no cost
to employee. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Job involves stooping, lifting,
and working outside in inclement weather. Must have 3 mo exp in similar position
