Job description
Legacy Cooperative is a full service agriculture cooperative that servers our patron owners in grain, agronomy, and feed. Our Grain elevators receive and ship corn, wheat, sunflowers, millet, oats, and barley. The Agronomy department sells and custom applies crop nutrient and crop protection products. Our Feed department manufactures feed and delivers bulk as well as operates retail stores and warehouses. We are owned by our patrons. We need seasonal employees to assist with our application services. Job duties to include hauling of fertilizer to fields with a pickup and 1000 gallon liquid trailer. Maintain facilities and grounds, maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
Special Requirements
Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license or equivalent within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
