Job description

Load/unload agriculture products onto trucks; perform physical labor under varying weather conditions; perform duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse and grounds; operate and/or maintain vehicles, equipment, and machinery such as palletizers, shrink wrap machines, bagging equipment, lift, forklifts; move seed bags/pallets through the warehouse; conduct inventory counts; tag and bag seed in various weights up to 3000# per pallet; perform physical labor such as digging, shoveling, and cleaning; transport seed; examine and remove debris from seed; maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse buildings and equipment; general agricultural duties.

Special Requirements

Mon-Fri, Schedule, start and end times will vary slightly due to shipping volume. Drug testing during employment for cause. Post-Accident Drug Testing. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Additional information regarding job qualifications/requirements: Able to work in extreme weather conditions outdoors & at the warehouse; Exposure to loud noises, wetness, dust, fumes, etc; able to walk on soft muck & hard and/or uneven surfaces; able to understand & carry out oral instructions; physically able to do manual work requiring strenuous physical exertion; instances of continuous squatting, twisting & reaching with hands & arms; frequently move/load up to 75lbs. Agricultural workers need to have excellent hand-eye coordination to operate machinery; work well with others because they will take instructions from warehouse managers and coworkers.
