Job description
Duties include but not limited to; driving tractors to prepare fields for planting sugarcane, putting fertilizer out, pull trailers for hand planting sugarcane, help during sugarcane harvest, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment, cleaning farm equipment, shovel work, working fields that are planted. Any general labor that may arise in the operation of a sugarcane farm. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the workers to ensure workers safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
