Job description
Our farm operation involves planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops such as Durum, corn,
beans, sunflowers. We do need to have a employee with mechanical skills to maintain our line
of machinery and perform incidental repairs that are needed in daily operations. We would like
someone with previous years of farm experience operating GPS systems in the equipment.
Crops: Barley, Beans
Special Requirements
Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire.
Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires
criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and
equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Wage rate
may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to
those listed here in his sole discretion.
