Farm Worker

Job description

General farm work including cleaning the shop, storage bin sites, and other agricultural buildings. Workers will haul crops and other agricultural products. Washing trucks, tractors, combines, field tillage equipment.

Regular Work Schedule:
Days: Monday through Friday. Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Due to the nature of our operations, which are highly dependent on the time of the season, weather conditions, and workload, workers must be available for work from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. While the regular work schedule is as stated above, there may be occasions when additional hours or days are required to meet operational needs. Beginning and ending times will vary depending on the season, weather condition and workload.

The extended hours and days are not guaranteed but may be necessary depending on various factors. Workers must be flexible and available to work during these extended hours if needed.
Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds for 50 yards. The job will require extensive sitting in tractor, potential to get dirty, pushing, pulling, basic mechanical ability. Drug/alcohol free work zone. Workers after hire, may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Workers are required to have driver's license Class C to drive provided transportation between company owned fields and farm sites, and worker's housing.
