Manage irrigation, fencing, and hoop houses.
Skills Needed: Organizational skills, time management, and knowledge of farm operations.

Production Roles

Field Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Lead field teams in planting, weeding, harvesting, and pest management.
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Train new workers on field operations and safety protocols.
Skills Needed: Leadership, knowledge of farming practices, and ability to work outdoors.

Greenhouse Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee seedling production and care.
