Job description
Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disk and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain and row crops. Run tractors to pull various pieces of equipment. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Irrigate crops during the growing season. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and incidental repair farm machinery. Drive trucks to haul wheat, corn, beans, hay and silage. Mend fencing.Farming with: Alfalfa, Corn
Special Requirements
Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
