Job description

Mow, cut, water, edge lawns: rake and blow leaves; dig holes and trenches using hand tools, will dig trenches with a max depth/width of 3 ft, to install sprinklers and plants; pull, chop weeds, prune and haul topsoil and mulch, and new installation of sprinklers. Minor installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry. Involves stretching on a frequent basis. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
