Job description

Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, expediting food orders by reading ticket to ensure that food is being taken to the correct table by the assigned server, and cleaning and clearing tables. Servers will also need to take food orders at the stationary food truck, relay orders to kitchen, and bring the food to the customers by the food truck once prepared.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 11:00am to 6:00pm, or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
