Job description
Landscape and maintain grounds of property operating hand and power tools, and mowing equipment and vehicles. Tasks include mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, planting, watering, digging, raking, weed maintenance, pruning shrubs and small trees, hauling and installing mulch and soil, sod laying, picking up and disposing of litter and plant debris.
Special Requirements
Workers paid weekly.
Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified location at the company's sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure.
Single workweek will be used to compute wages due.
All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
