Job description
• Assist skilled maintenance and repair personnel in various tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises to identify possible issues and report them to maintenance staff.
• Perform basic repairs, such as plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry tasks under the guidance of experienced workers.
• Help in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, appliances, and other hotel infrastructures.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and organized.
• Support the maintenance team in responding to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Record work performed and materials used for tracking purposes.
• Participate in staff training sessions and contribute to a positive work environment.
Special Requirements
Must have at least 6 months experience as a maintenance helper or related occupation.
