Job description
Food Preparation Workers will be responsible for performing a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea, collecting used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas and washing in sink or dishwasher, prepping foods as assigned (includes washing, peeling, cutting, slicing), setting restaurant tables, and cleaning dirty dishes from tables/moving items to dish area to be cleaned.

Work schedule can vary and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Days off vary. Example Shifts: 6:00AM 2:00PM, 10:00AM 6:00PM, or 2:00PM 10:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
