Job description

Provide fine-dining services and collect payments from customers in all outlets. The position is responsible for greeting, seating, taking orders, taking reservations from guests, and filing condiment and napkin containers. They will perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes. They will also perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of food & beverage outlet floors. Additional requirements include but may not be limited to preparing checks, itemizing, and totaling meal costs and taxes; removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, rolling silverware, and set up food stations; and serving food and beverages to guests and preparing specialty dishes at tables as required. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.

Please Note: Under the anticipated days and hours of work per week, we provided an example of a work schedule. Our business is open 7 days a week so the days and hours worked will vary.

Special Requirements

Must have 3 months experience as a server.
Shifts: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm or any combination of 8-hour time increments. Will work weekends, split and rotate shifts. Must have flexibility to work any days/hours as needed, including weekends, and holidays.
