Job description

Will clean work areas, floors, equipment, utensils, dishes; stock shelves; prep food for cooking; trash removal. Food preparation includes hand-cutting vegetables with knives; chopping, slicing and dicing vegetables; trimming bones from flounder and other seafood. Stock groceries as they are delivered. Wash produce. Rotate Stock. Fry, grill and oven-cook food. Make pizzas and salads.
Monday-Sunday with varying shifts: 6AM-1PM or 3PM to 10PM

Special Requirements

Workers must be able to lift 25 lbs. Workers may rotate between restaurants. Weekend work is required with varying shifts--5 days.
